This beautiful lifestyle estate situated in Rondebosch, Cape Town, was an absolute dream to be a part of. Here we are proud to say that we were the first to install the Samsung 360° round Cassette unit. In addition, we did fresh air and bathroom extracts for both the club house and the apartments.
This amazing facility based in Roodepoort, Gauteng was a lovely project to work on. Here we did the design, supply and install for ventilation, fresh air, toilet and laundry extract.
This prestigious building located in Braamfontein, Gauteng, was another stunning site to be on. Here we did a complete 30 floor revamp. Removing all existing AC units and fans, reinstalling and connecting our new systems up to existing chilled water system.
171 Katherine Street is a beautiful office park located in Sandton, Johannesburg. Here we revamped the building. We reinstalled all the AC units and fans and connected the new systems to the existing chilled water system. We also had the pleasure of designing their solar systems as well as assist with offering solutions for their borehole.
Memel Public Library based in Memel, Free State, was an honour to work with. Using chilled water systems we ensured a cool breeze and fresh air throughout this facility.
This esteemed office park based in Woodmead, Johannesburg is another project we are proud to have been a part of. This building just needed a bit of TLC. With a thorough revamp and AC installations, the Smada Group were blown into action.
Rennie House, a multi-storyed building for both office spaces and residential apartments based in Braamfontein, was an interesting contract. Using Chilled Water systems, we ensure both housing spaces and office spaces were supplied with cool and fresh air. All bathrooms were fitted with extract fans for easy living.
Rahima Moosa Mother and Child Hospital in Coronationville, Johannesburg, was a memorable project. Knowing everything we did was for the benefit of every staff member and patient, we took extra care and put in extra love. Fresh air, extractor fans and chilled water systems to ensure cool air was our objective here, and it was achieved with pleasure.
Kagiso Mall, situated in Krugersdorp was another beautiful site we worked on. With a revamp of all AC Units, ducting, grilles, Fresh Air systems and bathroom extracts, we were happy to assist in getting this mall fresh and cool.
BMW Headquarters based in Midrand, Johannesburg was an absolute dream to be a part of. On this breathtaking site we did their chilled water systems, floor grilles, fresh air systems and bathroom extracts.
This stunning art museum situated in Johannesburg was another stunning site to be on. We are honoured to have installed a new chilled water system, fresh air systems and bathroom extracts for them.
In a place such as the Free State, we were more than happy to provide the Department of Sports, Art, Culture and Recreation with chilled water systems to help keep their facility cool. Beyond that we also set up fresh air flow, ventilation and bathroom extractors.
"Be Moved" by Prasa, be cooled by Accu Air. This passenger rail agency in Braamfontein, Johannesburg got our chilled water systems services as well as fresh air and bathroom extractors.
Baia Mall in Maputo was a fun site to work on. Here, not only did we get to travel to the beautiful city of Maputo, but we also got to work with beautiful people. Here we installed chilled water pipe systems, fresh air, ducting and grilles and bathroom extractors.
